Given that writing a new beginning is what this site is about, it seemed fitting to include tips and ideas on how to approach writing a new beginning.
Are you feeling stuck?
How about anxious sad scared nervous or worried? Do you ever feel like you are doing everything to make a difference but cannot seem to gain traction?
If so, you are in the right place. Keep reading on as I share my tips to getting out of this rut, and doing something with all that bottled up energy!
- Take a moment to breathe and say how you are feeling in this moment.
- Ask yourself what if anything you enjoy about the present moment.
- Have a pen & paper handy, and start releasing all those thoughts without judgment, without worrying about mistakes or grammar or complete sentences even.
- Think of what makes you happy that might seem unattainable in this moment.
- Focus again on where you are today.
- Find what steps are needed to build a bridge between where you are now, and where you imagine yourself being when you are happy.
- Be willing to do the work, or repeat these steps with a different goal in mind.
Success looks like having an etched out roadmap with logical or at least practical steps a person can take to reach the desired target.
Sound too easy? Rest assured, it may not be as easy as it sounds, but its probably easier than the thought of doing it.
